Aldar Launches Special Offer for Sought-After Homes At Alghadeer

• Service charges waived for first three years

Abu Dhabi, UAE, 29 August 2018: Aldar Properties PJSC ("Aldar") is launching a special offer on the purchase of homes at its AED 10 billion, 14,408 home master-planned community, Alghadeer, making it even easier to own a home in this sought-after neighbourhood situated on the border of Abu Dhabi and Dubai.

For one week only, Aldar will waive the 2% Abu Dhabi municipality fee and service charges for three years on the purchase of homes in Alghadeer from Saturday 1 September to Saturday 8 September 2018. Customers will be able to secure attractive savings on apartments, maisonettes, and townhouses in this strategically located development which is designed to support healthy and suitable living. Prices for studios start at just AED 330,000.
